Job Responsibilities

As a Welder, you will be responsible for performing precise and high-quality welding, adhering to CWB standards. Key responsibilities include:

MIG Welding
  • Set up and operate MIG welding equipment, ensuring proper calibration and safety.
  • Weld various metals, including aluminum and carbon steel, as per CWB requirements.
  • Perform visual inspections and quality checks on completed welds for strength and precision.
General Responsibilities
  • Follow all company safety guidelines and CWB certification standards, using proper PPE at all times.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring tools and equipment are in excellent working condition.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project specifications and deadlines.
Qualifications
  • CWB Certification: Valid CWB certification in MIG is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of welding experience in a related industry or role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MIG welding, with a strong understanding of welding codes and quality standards.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on precision and quality in all welding tasks.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively with other team members to meet deadlines and project requirements.
