Job Description

We are seeking a skilled MIG and Flux- Core Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and fabrication, with the ability to read blueprints and schematics. This role involves working with various materials, including ductwork, and requires mechanical knowledge to ensure high-quality welds and fabrications.

Duties

• Perform MIG and FC welding on various materials according to project specifications.
• Fabricate components based on blueprints and schematics, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety standards.
• Operate cranes and other machinery safely while handling materials for welding tasks.
• Conduct inspections of completed welds to ensure structural integrity and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve welding processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience in MIG and FC welding techniques.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand schematics and blueprints.
• Familiarity with fabricating components, including ductwork, is preferred.
• Ability to rig materials safely for welding operations.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
