Qualification results are determined based on individual test performance, applicable code requirements, and the relevant acceptance criteria.

Proper cleaning and preparation of your weld can help improve presentation and efficiency during testing.

Where permitted, using tools such as a grinder and wire wheel may help candidates prepare their work more effectively. Candidates should follow all shop rules, safety procedures, and test instructions during preparation.

Please arrive early and be fully ready before your scheduled session begins.

For example, if your practice session is scheduled for 12:00 PM, you must be ready and fully equipped in PPE by 11:30 AM. This means you should not be arriving at 11:30 AM. You should already be checked in, prepared, and ready for attendance.
